Each Time you Baby Sit
Allow plenty of time to talk to parents before they go out.
Take a note of where they are going and relevant telephone numbers.
Make sure you know what time they will be back.
Ask if there is anything you need to do with the children.
Make sure that you report any accidents or incidents to the parents as soon as they arrive back home.
If you need to use the telephone, ask permission first.
Do not smoke or drink alcohol.
Turn down the volume on the TV or stereo.
Ask permission if you want friends to baby-sit with you.
Talk to the parents when they return, tell them how the evening went and any problems you had.
