Welcome to SureStart County Durham’s

Incorporated into this training programme are training courses that cover the Early Years Foundation Stage, Common Core Skills and Knowledge for the Children's Workforce, Promoting Health and Well- Being, and Promoting Inclusion.

All of the courses in this programme are free to all practitioners who work with children and young people in the PVI sector, maintained schools, children centres and extended services across County Durham.

If you would like to attend any of these training courses, please complete and return the appropriate booking form to the address shown.

Unfortunately, bookings cannot be taken by telephone. Places can only be offered on a first-come-first served basis.

To apply for places on courses in section 1, please use the One Online booking facility .

To apply for a place on the courses found in section 2, please complete the booking form found on page 140 and return to surestartcountydurham@durham.gov.uk for the attention of Nicola Irving, or please use the One Online booking facility.

Supply cover funding for section 1 may be available through EDS and for section 2, through SureStart County Durham. If you would like to make a claim please complete the appropriate forms which are available in this programme.
